The Hollywood Walk of Fame is set to welcome a new group of stars in 2025, as announced by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. The list includes Jane Fonda, David Beckham, Fran Drescher, Alan Cumming, and the late Prince.
In the motion picture category, Jane Fonda is joined by renowned figures such as filmmaker John Carpenter, actor Jessica Chastain, actor-director Bill Duke, horror icon Robert Englund, director Emilio Estevez, producer Toni Vaz, and actors Colin Farrell, Nia Long, Lisa Liu, and Glynn Turman.
Television honorees include Fran Drescher, Lauren Graham from Gilmore Girls, science communicator Bill Nye, comedian and actor Molly Shannon, talk show host Sherri Shepherd, actor Courtney B Vance, journalist Chris Wallace, and South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone.
The music industry will see stars for Fantasia, Depeche Mode, Los Bukis, The B-52s, Green Day, The Isley Brothers, Busta Rhymes, George Strait, Keith Urban, and WAR.
Alan Cumming and Misty Copeland will be honored for theatre, while David Beckham and Orel Hershiser will be recognized for their contributions to sports. Adam Carolla will receive recognition for radio.
The announcement was made by Hollywood Chamber of Commerce President Steven Nissen, alongside Walk of Famers Niecy Nash, Joe Mantegna, and Jimmy Jam. The Selection Panel’s choices were ratified by the Chamber’s Board of Directors, ensuring a diverse and talented 2025 class.
