Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk is set to begin a two-day visit to Pakistan today (Wednesday), accompanied by a high-level delegation.
During his visit, Overchuk will meet with President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch noted that Pakistan and Russia enjoy friendly relations built on goodwill, amity, and trust, as reflected in their varied cooperation.
