On Wednesday, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) reserved its verdict on former First Lady Bushra Bibi’s request to expedite the hearing of her bail plea in the Toshakhana case.
The hearing, presided over by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, included Bushra Bibi’s lawyer, Salman Safdar, the investigation officer, and representatives from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
Justice Aurangzeb indicated that the decision would be made following the National Judiciary Policy.
It is important to note that an accountability court in Islamabad had previously postponed the hearings for the bail pleas of both former Prime Minister Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in this case.
