Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor, affectionately known as “Bebo,” has firmly expressed that she sees no need for Botox or cosmetic surgery as she ages.
In a recent interview, she shared, “I enjoy spending quality time with my kids and husband, cooking for them, and often working out together because it brings me joy.”
The actress highlighted that she maintains her physical and mental fitness through self-care, stating, “Beauty is important to everyone, but it isn’t necessarily linked to youth or age.”
She added, “You must embrace every stage of your life because no one remains young forever.”
At 44, Kareena emphasized, “Even at my age, I don’t believe in Botox or cosmetic surgery. My husband loves me just the way I am.”
Kareena noted that her film offers are based on her talent rather than her appearance, and she chooses roles that reflect her age to present herself authentically to her fans.
The actress is currently preparing for her next major project, Hansal Mehta’s The Buckingham Murders. In this film, she plays detective Jasmeet Bamra, or Jass, in a gripping murder mystery.
The trailer, recently shared on social media, has already been praised at the BFI London Film Festival 2023 and the Mumbai Film Festival 2023.
Kareena excitedly announced, “The trailer is out now. The Buckingham Murders hits cinemas on September 13.”
Additionally, Kareena Kapoor is making her debut as a producer with this film. She remarked, “I never imagined becoming a producer, but when I learned about this unique project and its departure from typical Hindi films, I felt it would be a refreshing and exciting change.”
