In a recent change to the United States’ diplomatic team in Pakistan, Natalie A. Baker has taken on the role of Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad.
Baker brings a wealth of experience, having served as the Director of the Office of North African Affairs within the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University, and was recognized as a Distinguished Graduate of the National War College at the National Defense University in 2017.
