An Israeli airstrike targeting a vehicle in the occupied West Bank has reportedly killed a Hamas commander, according to the group’s media sources, as reported by Reuters. The Palestinian news agency Wafa also reported that four other individuals were killed, though their identities remain unclear.
The Israeli military confirmed the airstrike was aimed at a militant cell near the West Bank city of Tulkarm. Hamas media reported that the vehicle struck was transporting fighters, and one of the commanders from its Tulkarm brigades was among those killed.
