British General Elections-humiliating defeat for ruling Conservative, landslide for Labour

The ruling Conservative party has faced humiliating defeat in the British General Elections Held on 4th July 2024. The British voters have ended the 14 years long Conservative rule. The Labour Party has made big gains in the elections. In the house of 650, Labour Party has won 412 Seats. 326 seats needed to form the government. The Labour Leader Keir Starmer will be the next Prime Minister of Britain. Labour Party has made gain of more then 200 seats.

The Conservative Party has been routed in the elections. Conservatives just won 117 seats. The Conservatives lost more then 250 seats They won in the last elections. It is one of the worst results for the Conservatives. The Key factors that played important role in the defeat of Conservative Party are immigration, Inflation, Economy, Palestine and falling living standards. The 3rd Largest party liberal Democrates also made big gains in the elections. Liberal Democrates won 70 seats in the elections. They won just 15 seats in the last elections.
