On Tuesday, a member of the Anti-Terrorist Force (ATF) lost his life in Dera Allahyar town of Jaffarabad district. The victim, identified as Ghulam Mohammad, was traveling home on a motorcycle when two armed individuals on motorcycles intercepted him near Zeb town and opened fire. He sustained multiple gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries on the spot. The police transported the body to the district hospital and initiated an investigation. Senior officials, including SSP Dawood Khosa, and numerous individuals attended the funeral of the deceased ATF personnel, who was laid to rest in a local graveyard later on.
