Drake releases Kendrick Lamar diss track “Push Ups”

Drake has intensified his ongoing feud with Kendrick Lamar by officially releasing his diss track “Push Ups” on streaming platforms. Initially leaked as a demo, the track takes a jab at Lamar’s shoe size, making a reference to his album “Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers”.

The release comes after a weekend filled with speculation and controversy surrounding the leaked demo of “Push Ups”, which featured a sample from Junior M.A.F.I.A. Drake seemed to confirm the track’s authenticity with a cryptic Instagram post referencing “Kill Bill”.

“Push Ups” sparked heated discussions online and elicited a swift response from Rick Ross, who was also targeted in the song. Ross fired back with “Champagne Moments” and playfully taunted Drake with a hoodie bearing the rapper’s face.

The feud traces back to J. Cole’s mention of Lamar as one of the “big three” rappers on a Drake collaboration last year. Lamar responded with a surprise verse on Future and Metro Boomin’s “Like That”, prompting J. Cole to initially retaliate with “7 Minute Drill”. However, he later disowned the track, labeling it his “lamest” work and removing it from streaming platforms.
