This reference pertains to a government department storing gifts from foreign dignitaries. Allegations against Nawaz Sharif involved illegal retention of vehicles gifted to him and then-President Asif Ali Zardari. However, NAB’s report indicates that the vehicle in question was purchased from the federal transport pool, not from Toshakhana, and was not associated with any fake bank accounts. Consequently, NAB has recommended Nawaz Sharif’s acquittal or discharge from the reference.
