PM Shehbaz holds meeting with University of London VC Wendy Thomson

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met with Wendy Thomson, Vice Chancellor of the University of London, to discuss the immense potential of Pakistani youth and their ability to excel in various fields globally.

The Prime Minister highlighted that Pakistani students, after receiving education from esteemed institutions like the University of London, have made significant contributions to the international market. He also emphasized the government’s efforts to empower the youth by launching merit-based scholarship and employment programs to facilitate their growth and opportunities abroad.

“We are dedicated to equipping our youth with the skills required to meet global market demands,” the Prime Minister stated.

Wendy Thomson commended the government’s recent initiatives aimed at advancing education in Pakistan.

The meeting was also attended by Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Azam Khan Cheema, and senior officials from relevant departments.
