UK court ruling a setback for the Government: Barrister Saif

Barrister Dr. Saif, the Adviser on Information for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has described the UK High Court’s ruling in the 190-million-pound case as a significant blow to the federal government, calling it a “resounding slap.”

In a statement on Sunday, Barrister Saif explained that the funds were to be deposited in the Supreme Court of Pakistan according to the agreement. He claimed that the Al-Qadir Trust case, like others, was driven by personal vendettas and malice.

“The High Court will expose this case as groundless, just as it has done with other fabricated cases against Imran Khan,” he said. He further stated that the political narrative of the Sharif family, particularly Maryam Nawaz, would collapse once the case is brought to court.

Barrister Saif accused the government of fabricating false cases, which he believes are being exposed one by one, expressing confidence that this case would also be dismissed.

He praised PTI Chairman Imran Khan for remaining resolute in the face of what he described as baseless charges. The Adviser called on the government to brace for the repercussions of pursuing such cases, which he claimed were destined to fail.
