Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, met with Prince Mansoor, former Governor of Saudi Arabia’s Hafr Al-Batin province, to discuss enhancing bilateral relations and exploring opportunities for mutual cooperation across various sectors.
The discussions focused on investment prospects in Punjab, with the Chief Minister inviting Saudi investment in critical areas such as infrastructure, healthcare, education, and religious tourism.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif expressed her appreciation for Saudi Arabia’s longstanding support for Pakistan, stating, “Saudi Arabia is like an elder brother, and the people of both nations share a profound bond.” She assured that the Punjab government has improved the business climate, ensuring security and merit, and announced that Saudi investors would receive special incentives through a dedicated package.
Prince Mansoor highlighted the importance of the strong ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, saying, “The partnership between our nations is essential for regional stability and development.” He reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s unwavering commitment to supporting Pakistan in all circumstances. The meeting emphasized the need to further strengthen bilateral relations for mutual prosperity and regional progress.
