Cricket Australia (CA) announced on Tuesday the itinerary for their ODI and T20I series against Pakistan scheduled for November later this year.
During their tour Down Under, the Pakistan cricket team is slated to engage in three ODIs and an equal number of T20Is against Australia.
This marks Pakistan’s return to Australia after an interval of nearly 11 months since their participation in the Benaud-Qadir Trophy, which featured three Test matches held in Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne from December 2023 to January 2024.
The ODI series commences on 4th November at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, followed by matches in Adelaide and Perth on 8th and 10th November, respectively. Pakistan last contested an ODI series in Australia back in 2016.
Subsequent to the ODIs, Pakistan and Australia will also vie in a three-match T20I series. Pakistan’s most recent T20I encounter in Australia dates back to 2022 during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup final.
