In her latest YouTube video, Kai Trump, daughter of Donald Trump Jr., shared a moment from a Q&A session with Elon Musk, where she became confused by the term “PvP game.” PvP, short for player versus player, is a term commonly used in online and video gaming.
Why It’s Notable Kai, 17, posted a brief clip from her larger “get to know me better” video on X (formerly Twitter), where Elon Musk mentioned that “questions on X will generate interesting responses. This is a PvP game.” Kai, however, didn’t understand the reference.
“What’s that mean?” Kai quietly asked someone off-camera. “What’s PvP? I don’t know what that means. Do you guys know what that means?”
Kai later posted on X saying, “I’m still confused @elonmusk.”
What to Know Kai, the oldest grandchild of incoming President Donald Trump, had a more prominent role in her grandfather’s campaign this time around. She is one of five children of Donald Jr. and ex-wife Vanessa. At the Republican National Convention in July, she spoke about her grandfather’s caring nature, calling him “just a normal grandpa.”
“I’m speaking today to share the side of my grandpa that people don’t normally see,” Kai said. “He’s very caring and loving. He truly wants the best for this country, and he will fight every single day to make America great again.”
She often shares posts about her love for golf and has kept a relatively low profile in politics until now.
Musk’s Growing Influence Musk has become an increasingly prominent figure in U.S. politics, with Kai even referring to him as an “uncle” in a family photo after the election.
Musk, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, was involved in discussions with Trump and other key political figures. He has been particularly active at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, where he attended various meetings and events.
Reactions Comedian Greg Brothers joked on X, “PvP means Pickle vs Pickle. It’s basically a game of which restaurant has the best pickles. Hope this helps.”
