KP adviser calls on government to permit PTI workers to meet their families

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Adviser Barrister Saif urged the government on Tuesday to allow Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers in detention to meet with their families.

In a statement, Barrister Saif expressed concern over reports that authorities were blocking such visits. “The families of PTI workers are deeply concerned about their loved ones,” he said, emphasizing the difficulties they face in trying to access detainees.

He also mentioned that families were being forced to go through significant efforts to see their relatives.

Additionally, he noted that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur had directed the provincial government to provide legal support to the detained workers.
