Senator Faisal Vawda has accused Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s Twitter account of being used for a coordinated propaganda campaign. In a post on the social media platform X, Vawda claimed that Khan is not personally managing his Twitter account and that it is being exploited to spread misinformation.
Vawda further alleged that individuals close to Khan, including Bushra Bibi and former National Assembly Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri, are conspiring against the former prime minister. He claimed that they are trying to portray Khan as mentally unstable and have even plotted harm against him, with the goal of putting him in an irreparable situation.
Vawda also referenced a controversial tweet posted on Monday, asserting that it was not written by Imran Khan, but by conspirators operating from outside Pakistan. He suggested this was part of a deliberate effort to create division and stir unrest.
