The indictment of Imran Khan and other individuals in the GHQ gate attack case has been postponed once again.
The hearing, held at Adiala Jail, was presided over by Judge Amjad Ali Shah, with Imran Khan presented in court. PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi was also brought to Adiala Jail under heavy security from Lahore’s Kot Lakhpat Jail.
During the session, Imran Khan’s legal team, led by Babar Awan, submitted a petition challenging the court’s jurisdiction under Section 23-A of the Anti-Terrorism Act, which led to a delay in the formal indictment of Khan, Qureshi, and other accused.
Following the petition, the court adjourned the hearing and set the next session for December 5.
