Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar has stated that the PTI will not be permitted to disrupt peace or instigate anarchy in the country.
Addressing the media in Islamabad today, he accused the PTI of bringing in hired protesters and using vulnerable individuals as human shields. He emphasized that the state is exercising restraint and patience but will not allow the PTI to exploit tragedies for political gain.
Attaullah Tarar expressed disappointment that PTI frequently stages protests during visits by foreign delegates, potentially deterring investment in Pakistan.
He noted that the morale of security personnel stationed in the capital remains high, and they are fully prepared to handle any situation. He called on the PTI to avoid testing the state’s patience and urged them to step back.
