A delegation of young people from North Waziristan visited Miranshah Cantonment to meet with the General Officer Commanding (GOC) and discuss key issues related to peace and security in the region.
During the meeting, the GOC and the youth delegation engaged in a detailed conversation about the vital role of young people in fostering peace and stability. They emphasized both individual and collective responsibilities in supporting efforts to maintain order. The youth expressed their dedication to contributing to peace and highlighted the importance of decisive action against extremist groups that threaten the region’s stability.
The delegation also praised the Pakistan Army for its ongoing efforts to maintain peace in North Waziristan, acknowledging the military’s significant role in ensuring a secure environment.
