In Lahore, over 150,000 attendees gathered to hear Dr. Zakir Naik speak at the Badshahi Mosque.

The religious preacher addressed the crowd over two days, drawing a large in-person audience, with millions reportedly tuning in online.

As per Express News, the Lahore police implemented extensive security measures for the event, deploying various officers including SPs, ASPs, SDPOs, SHOs, and additional personnel.

DIG Operations Faisal Kamran closely monitored the situation on-site to ensure effective oversight. The police maintained a high level of security throughout the day, receiving positive feedback from the public regarding the smooth entry process into the mosque.

Kamran stated that over 1,500 police officers were on duty and praised their efforts in ensuring public safety and convenience. He expressed gratitude to the public for their cooperation, emphasizing that delivering excellent security while ensuring public comfort is the Lahore police’s top priority.

Dr. Zakir Naik, who arrived in Pakistan on September 30 for a month-long tour, plans to deliver lectures in major cities including Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore. This visit marks his return to Pakistan after 30 years, with his last trip occurring in 1992 when he met Dr. Israr Ahmed in Lahore.
