Washington (Monitoring Desk) – U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that the war against Iran will continue until all operational objectives are achieved, with military actions expected to intensify over the next two to three weeks.
In a public address, President Trump said that over the past month, the U.S. military has destroyed Iran’s navy and air force, eliminated several key leaders, and limited Iran’s nuclear capabilities. He claimed that Iran no longer poses a threat and that strategic objectives of the war are close to completion.
Trump also hinted at targeting Iran’s oil facilities and accused the Iranian government of killing 45,000 protesters, although no evidence was presented. He stated that Iran has consistently chanted anti-U.S. and anti-Israel slogans, but the conflict is now nearing resolution, which would naturally reduce tensions in the Strait of Hormuz.
During the speech, President Trump highlighted Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Bahrain as key nations and assured that the U.S. will prevent any harm to them. On oil prices, he noted that attacks on neighboring countries had driven prices up, but the U.S. has now become the largest producer of oil and gas, reducing dependence on Middle Eastern oil.
