Fakhar Zaman Appeals Against Two-Match Ban

Lahore (Sports Desk): Fakhar Zaman, the batter for Pakistan Super League 11 franchise Lahore Qalandars, has filed an appeal against his two-match suspension.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had suspended him for two matches over allegations of ball tampering, declaring that he violated Level Three of the Code of Conduct. The suspension was imposed under the article related to ball tampering.

According to sources, Fakhar Zaman has now filed the appeal with the PSL Technical Committee challenging the ban. The alleged ball-tampering incident occurred during a match between Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings, after which match referee Roshan Mahanama conducted a hearing and announced the decision.
