Salman Khan rebrands Valentine’s Day as ‘Familitines Day’

Salman Khan, a superstar in Bollywood, used the term “Familitines Day” to describe Valentine’s Day this year. Salman shared a rare and touching snapshot of his whole family celebrating the day on social media, rather than focusing on romance.

Salman was included in the family photo with his parents, Salim Khan and Salma; his sister Arbaaz; his brother Sohail; his sister Alvira; and their respective spouses and children. “Agnihotrians, Sharmanians, and Khanenians wish you all a Happy Familitines Day”—Salman’s often humorous caption—won over followers, who flocked to the comments section to praise his fresh perspective on the day. A supporter exclaimed, “Familitines Day it is from now on!” and another remarked, “Best Valentine’s post!”

Salman, who is notoriously reserved about his private life, utilized this message to emphasize the significance of his family. In a recent podcast with his nephew Arhaan Khan, he offered humorous tips on how to deal with loss, urging listeners to laugh it off and get back on their feet.

In his professional life, Salman is preparing for the premiere of his action-packed drama flick Sikandar this Eid. The film’s director, AR Murugadoss, has fans hoping for an exciting performance from Rashmika Mandanna and Salman.

With ‘Familitines Day,’ Salman Khan once again demonstrates that love for one’s family is worthy of special recognition, and he encourages his fans to do the same.
