Dera Ismail Khan (Pakistan News) – Late at night, terrorists launched sudden attacks on two police stations in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, causing widespread fear and panic due to heavy gunfire.
According to police sources, the attackers first targeted unarmed civilians and then ambushed police personnel. Upon receiving the report, the police quick response team arrived at the scene and engaged the terrorists in a counteroperation.
Initial reports indicate that the attacks on the two police stations resulted in the martyrdom of a police officer and two customs officials, while three others were injured. There are also reports that one officer was abducted and taken away by the attackers.
