Islamabad (Pakistan News): Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif stated that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is riddled with internal divisions, but all factions are united in their stance on former Prime Minister Imran Khan, asserting that he should remain in jail.
In a post on social media platform X, Khawaja Asif claimed that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government would act as a “release force” for Imran Khan while failing to take action against terrorists. He further stated that the provincial government would avoid attending martyrs’ funerals, despite daily incidents of police officers being killed and some even being burned alive.
According to Asif, Imran Khan remains the top priority above all other issues, rendering other matters meaningless in comparison.
