Islamabad (Pakistan News): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has called off the sit-ins outside the Parliament Lodges and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House.
Sources report that Chief Minister Suhail Afridi and former Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur left the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House, after which the roads were reopened for traffic. At the Parliament Lodges, PTI’s National Assembly and Senate members also ended their sit-in, though the opposition continues its protest inside the Parliament House.
Sources added that a parliamentary party meeting of the opposition alliance is scheduled for today at 1 PM in the Parliament House, chaired by Mehmood Khan Achakzai, where the future political strategy and the medical report of the party’s founding chairman are expected to be discussed.
