Islamabad (Pakistan News): A significant petition has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking the transfer of founder Imran Khan from Adiala Jail. According to private TV reports, the petition, related to the Toshakhana criminal case, has been filed under Rule 35(6) of the Supreme Court Rules 2025.
The petition requests that the PTI chairman be moved to Al-Shifa International Hospital in Islamabad and be provided access to personal physicians along with treatment in the presence of family members.
It is noteworthy that a two-member Supreme Court bench had already postponed the hearing of the Toshakhana criminal case until the High Court delivers its final verdict.
