Peshawar High Court: Two Judges Dismissed, One Resigns

Peshawar (Pakistan News) – The Peshawar High Court has dismissed Additional District and Sessions Judges Mudassir Shah Tirmizi and Sheikh Afzal for violating the code of conduct. The action was taken after the inquiry against them was completed. Meanwhile, District and Sessions Judge Hafiz Naseem Akbar voluntarily resigned from his position.
