Pakistan Navy’s Sea Guard Exercises Begin at Sea

Karachi (Pakistan News): The maritime phase of the third edition of the Sea Guard exercises, organized by the Pakistan Navy, has commenced. A total of 53 stakeholders are participating in the exercise, including the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Sindh Police, Coast Guards, and Pakistan Customs.

The exercise aims to assess the security capabilities of ports and key maritime installations while providing practical training. During the drills, Task Force 88, responsible for the security of Gwadar Port, will also demonstrate its operational capabilities.

Additionally, measures to improve coordination and rapid response between the Anti-Narcotics Force, Customs, and other agencies will be practically showcased. The Pakistan Navy’s Sea Guard exercise is scheduled to conclude on February 9.
