Islamabad (Pakistan News):Senator Mushaid Hussain Syed stated that Pakistan has been given a global platform by US President Donald Trump, and the Board of Peace is not limited to Gaza alone.
Speaking at the Black Day seminar organized by the Institute for Parliament Service on India’s Republic Day, he said that India is uneasy over Pakistan’s participation in the Peace Board. He emphasized that Kashmir and Palestine are integral to Pakistan’s foreign policy, and in 2026, as a member of the UN Security Council, Pakistan will play a key role in advocating for Kashmir.
Hurriyat leader Altaf Ahmed Wani added that Pakistan has emerged as a global peacemaker for the first time, and it is crucial to capitalize on this opportunity. He urged citizens and intellectuals to support government decisions in the national interest.
