Islamabad (Pakistan News): Political contacts have intensified over the in-camera meeting of parliamentary leaders chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Sources report that Maulana Fazlur Rehman contacted opposition leader Mehmood Khan Achakzai, advising him to attend the meeting, making three attempts to reach him. He also consulted with Barrister Gohar Ali Khan regarding the current political situation.
Reports indicate that the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) will participate in today’s in-camera meeting. Alongside Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Senators Maulana Atta-ur-Rehman and Senator Kamran Murtaza will also attend the session.
