Islamabad (Pakistan News): The Islamabad High Court has approved a request for additional time to address objections raised by the Registrar’s Office regarding the PTI founder’s transfer to Shifa Hospital.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas presided over the hearing, while the petitioner’s lawyer, Azeer Bhandari, appeared on behalf of Dr. Azma. The lawyer informed the court that the Registrar’s Office had raised certain objections, which would be addressed during the next week’s hearing.
Justice Minhas noted that multiple petitions of a similar nature had been filed, to which the lawyer clarified that no other pending petition exists on behalf of this petitioner. The court directed the Registrar’s Office to submit a report and adjourned the case for further hearing.
