Islamabad (Pakistan News):Iman Mazari and her husband Hadi Ali Chatha were arrested in connection with a brawl outside the High Court.
The police took them into custody near the underpass close to Serena Hotel while they were on their way to the District Courts accompanied by High Court Bar officials and lawyers. During the arrest, journalists’ mobile phones were also reportedly seized.
Yesterday, the Anti-Terrorism Court had dismissed both their applications for bail due to non-appearance, while pre-arrest bail requests had already been filed prior to the arrest.
