Haqiqi Azadi March Case: Ali Amin Gandapur and Umar Ayub Declared Proclaimed Offenders

Islamabad (Pakistan News): The District and Sessions Court Islamabad has declared Ali Amin Gandapur and Umar Ayub as proclaimed offenders in two cases related to the Haqiqi Azadi March. The court also issued permanent arrest warrants against them.

During the hearing, presided over by Senior Civil Judge Mubashir Hasan Chishti, it was noted that despite multiple summons, both Ali Amin Gandapur and Umar Ayub failed to appear in court. The court had previously ordered the initiation of proclaimed offender proceedings against Ali Amin Gandapur.

It is noteworthy that PTI founder Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Zartaj Gul, along with other individuals, have been acquitted in both cases. Two separate cases have been registered against Ali Amin Gandapur and others at Bara Kahu Police Station.
