Islamabad (Pakistan News): The Special Anti-Terrorism Court has approved bail for three MQM-London workers—Shahid alias Muttahida, Shehzad, and Majid—in the case related to financial assistance in the murder of Dr. Imran Farooq.
The court ordered the accused to submit surety bonds of PKR 500,000 each.
The case alleges that the accused received funding through Indian agent Mohammad Siddiq from the Indian intelligence agency RAW.
Lawyers informed the court that the case was registered six years ago, and the defendants’ involvement has not been clearly established. They also stated that the details of the funds remain unknown, and no evidence has proven the accused financially supported terrorism.
