D.I. Khan (Turkiye News): The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) of Dera Ismail Khan conducted a successful intelligence-based operation, killing three wanted terrorists.
CTD officials identified the deceased as Nematullah, Abdul Rauf Afghani, and Mustafa, who were involved in attacks on police and security forces. During the operation, authorities recovered three Kalashnikov rifles, nine magazines, two hand grenades, and multiple cartridges.
The IG of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police and Additional IG of CTD praised the team’s success, stating that attacks on police would be answered with the elimination of terrorists. They added that intelligence-based operations will be intensified to ensure the removal of external threats.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi commended CTD for eliminating three Indian-sponsored terrorists in D.I. Khan, lauding the bravery and professionalism of the personnel. He described the operation as a significant step in thwarting malicious designs of foreign conspiracies and affirmed that the nation stands alongside its brave forces for peace and security.
