Islamabad (Pakistan News):The District and Sessions Courts have issued arrest warrants against former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry in a fraud case registered at Abpara Police Station.
During the hearing before Judicial Magistrate Shaista Kundi, Fawad Chaudhry appeared in court personally. The court issued the warrants due to the repeated absence of the complainant.
The next hearing has been scheduled for February 3, during which arguments on the petitions for acquittal will be heard.
