Rawalpindi (Pakistan News) – Security forces conducted an operation in the border area of North Waziristan, eliminating 8 terrorists affiliated with Fitanah al-Khawarij.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the movement of a terrorist group near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in North Waziristan was successfully intercepted. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the slain militants.
The ISPR stated that the lack of effective border management by the Afghan Taliban government reinforces Pakistan’s position, emphasizing that Afghan authorities must fulfill their responsibilities to prevent Afghan soil from being used against Pakistan.
Under ongoing nationwide counter-terrorism operations, crackdowns on terrorists working under Indian support have been intensified.
