Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, emphasized the significance of cultural diplomacy in strengthening international relations during an art exhibition in Ajman. The event showcased Pakistan’s rich cultural heritage alongside works from artists of other Muslim countries, including Syria, Egypt, and Lebanon.
Ambassador Tirmizi highlighted the unifying power of art, music, cuisine, and sports, advocating for increased cultural exchanges to foster harmony and peace.
He also praised the UAE’s multicultural environment, which brings together over 200 nationalities. The exhibition concluded with the ambassador distributing certificates to participating artists and a cake-cutting ceremony commemorating Pakistan Day.
