Pakistani actors Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan, and Hania Aamir have publicly denounced India’s recent missile attacks that resulted in the deaths of 26 civilians and injuries to at least 46 others. The airstrikes targeted multiple civilian areas across Pakistan, including homes, mosques, and public facilities
Mahira Khan expressed her outrage by reposting a tweet from writer Fatima Bhutto criticizing the Indian attacks. She added her own comment on Instagram, calling the strikes “seriously cowardly” and praying for the protection of Pakistan.
Fawad Khan condemned the attacks as “shameful” in an Instagram story, expressing hope for better sense to prevail and ending with “Pakistan Zindabad.”
In a scathing critique of the Indian strikes, Hania Aamir also voiced her opinion, saying, “You don’t bomb innocent individuals and call it strategy.”
The attacks have sparked widespread condemnation within Pakistan, with many calling for accountability and an end to such aggression.
