Pakistan to respond to attack on Former Chief Justice’s vehicle in London: Foreign Office

Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch announced on Thursday that Pakistan will take action against those responsible for the recent attack on former Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa’s vehicle in London. During a weekly press briefing, she expressed concern over the incident and assured that Pakistan’s embassy provides full support to former chief justices during their international visits.

Baloch also discussed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s diplomatic activities, highlighting his ongoing two-day trip to Qatar, where he is scheduled to meet with the Qatari emir and prime minister to discuss regional matters. She noted that PM Sharif recently returned from a visit to Saudi Arabia, where he met with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the Vietnamese prime minister.

Regarding Pakistan’s application to join BRICS, Baloch emphasized the country’s commitment to fulfilling the necessary requirements for membership. She further reaffirmed Pakistan’s dedication to ensuring the security of Chinese nationals and projects operating within the country.
