Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), revealed on Thursday that twelve Indian drones were intercepted and neutralised by Pakistan’s military forces over many sites.
According to a media briefing, Indian drones tried intrusions in different sections of the nation on May 7 and 8.
ISPR claims the drones were effectively neutralised in Lahore, Gujranwala, Chakwal, Bahawalpur, Mianwali, Karachi, Chhor, and Attock.
The military spokesman said the efforts were a recurring pattern of aggression and confirmed Pakistan’s forces are kept on high alert to guard the nation’s airspace and territorial integrity.
One civilian lost their life in Miano, Sindh, he claimed; four Pakistan Army men were hurt in a drone attack near Lahore.
