At the United Nations, Pakistan emphasized the urgent need to end Israel’s genocidal actions in the besieged Gaza Strip.
Speaking at the UN General Assembly, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative Munir Akram highlighted the necessity of taking action to prevent the realization of Israeli extremists’ dangerous vision.
He pointed out that for over 400 days, the world has witnessed the indiscriminate slaughter of Gaza’s Palestinian population.
The Pakistani envoy called on the General Assembly to fulfill its responsibility by demanding an immediate and unconditional ceasefire in Gaza and the implementation of several Security Council and General Assembly resolutions regarding the conflict.
