Pakistani actress and television personality Nadia Khan has openly criticized Indian media for its portrayal of the Pakistan-India tensions. She described their coverage as overly dramatic and more focused on theatrics than providing factual information.
During a recent talk show appearance, Khan commented on the exaggerated tone of Indian news channels. She said their coordinated displays and elaborate visuals seemed premeditated, adding that it felt like they were producing a “cartoon show” rather than reporting news.
Khan also remarked on how the media has elevated the image of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, likening it to the glamour often associated with Bollywood celebrities. She joked that their portrayal appeared so polished, it looked like months of preparation went into it.
Her remarks have stirred conversation about the role of media during heightened tensions, highlighting concerns over sensationalism overshadowing objective reporting.
