Multan to host Asian development tour in Pakistan

The Pakistan Golf Federation (PGF) announced that it will host the Asian Development Tour (ADT) at Rumanza Golf and Country Club in Multan later this year. This marks the second time PGF has secured hosting rights for the ADT, following the first event held in Lahore in October 2019.

According to a press release from PGF on Monday, this event signifies a key milestone in Pakistan’s golf journey, showcasing the country as a prominent venue for international golf tournaments. The PGF expressed its commitment to promoting professional golf with enthusiasm, underscoring the importance of hosting another ADT event in Multan.

The federation also revealed that Pakistan will feature two additional ADT events in the 2025 golf calendar. These tournaments, the CNS Open Golf Championship and the Pakistan Open Golf Championship, are scheduled for September this year. This expansion highlights Pakistan’s growing presence on the global golf stage, further enhancing its reputation in the international golfing community.
