The annual matriculation exams under all nine Punjab Boards, including Rawalpindi, start on March 4, 2025. Intermediate Part-II exams begin on April 29, followed by Part-I on May 20.
To ensure fairness, CCTV cameras will monitor exam centers, Section 144 is imposed, and mobile phones are banned inside centers. Police will secure sensitive centers, with question papers transported under strict supervision.
In Rawalpindi Division, 399 exam centers have been set up, 97 marked as highly sensitive. Over 120,000 students are expected to appear, with strict action planned against cheating.
Government school exams will run from March 10-20, with results expected by March 29 due to Eidul Fitr. The new academic session starts on April 5, 2025.
