Khurram Schehzad, advisor to the finance minister, has reiterated the government’s commitment to lowering taxes for the salaried class and increasing exports, especially in the textile industry.
In an interview with PTV, he stated that the government will implement incentives to help enterprises and is concentrated on enabling institutions to boost exports. In order to support industrial expansion, he also emphasized initiatives to address the persistent problem of high electricity costs.
