Eligibility Criteria:
- Enrollment in the 1st or 2nd semester of a BS program at a public sector university or college.
- For public sector universities/colleges: Minimum of 65% marks in intermediate.
- For medical and dental colleges: Minimum of 80% marks in intermediate.
- Must hold a domicile from any district in Punjab.
- Should not have received a laptop from any previous government schemes.
