Nvidia has projected robust growth for the first quarter of 2025, driven by strong demand for its AI chips, particularly the new Blackwell semiconductors.
The company anticipates revenue of $43 billion, surpassing analysts’ expectations of $41.78 billion. CEO Jensen Huang emphasized the rapid advancement of AI technologies and noted the “amazing” demand for Blackwell chips.
In the fourth quarter, Nvidia reported $11 billion in revenue from Blackwell-related products, accounting for approximately half of its data center revenue. Despite initial concerns about competition from Chinese AI startup DeepSeek, Nvidia’s optimistic forecast suggests sustained growth in the AI sector.
